Self Catering Accomodation Details

Lounge/Dining area – comfortable seating with TV (Sky box with freeview card), DVD player and Stereo radio. The stereo accepts an MP3 player or SD card if you wish to take your own music. A selection of music on MP3 and movie DVD's are available for guests to use. There is a dining area with room for 4 people should you invite any guests. There is a well stocked bookcase covering most tastes.

Kitchen – electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge and all the essentials to allow you to cook and eat at home.

Bathroom - a bath, to ease the tired bones after a long day in the hills, with an electric shower to freshen up if you still have the energy for a night out.

Bedroom – large bedroom with very comfortable king-size bed and electric blanket. There is a door to the rear garden from the bedroom.

There is also a large garden to the rear with a lockable shed. The shed contains outdoor seating and a BBQ. There is plenty of room to store bikes or other sports equipment.

Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement, with a maximum of two. There is a charge of £15 per dog to cover extra cleaning. Guidelines will be forwarded on application.

Heating and hot water is included as are bed linen and towels by prior arrangement.
